2022학년도 2학기 외국인 대학원 신입생 정착도우미(버디) 참가자 선발

 우리 대학원 신입생의 캠퍼스 생활 적응 및 한국 문화·생활 적응 지원을 위해 2022학년도 1학기 외국인 대학원 신입생 정착도우미(버디)를 다음과 같이 선발·운영하오니, 대학원생의 많은 지원 바랍니다.
 
1. 지원자격: 일반대학원 재학생 및 수료후등록색(한국인 및 외국인)
 
2. 모집인원: 25명 내외
 
3. 활동기간: 2022. 8. 30. ~ 2022. 12. 30.
 
4. 활동내용
  가. 신입생 수강신청 정정 및 학사일정 지원
  나. 교내 투어, 강의실 및 도서관, 은행 등 시설 안내
  다. 생활지원 및 문화교류 등
  (* 최소 대면 활동 4회 이상)
 
5. 혜택: 활동지원비(25만원) 지급 및 활동증명서 발급(활동 종료후, 활동보고서 제출)

  가. 대학원 홈페이지 로그인 후 게시글 하단 '신청하기' + 지원서(국문 혹은 영문), 개인정보이용동의서 첨부

Application for Buddy Program
Overview
CNU graduate school aims to enhance academic achievement and adaptation to university life for incoming graduate school freshmen by mentor students
 
Qualifications
CNU graduate school student(including students who have completed coursework but are still registered)
 
Activities
1) Registering in classes and withdrawal(if needed)
2) Participating in department gatherings and events
3) Meeting academic advisors and obtaining other information
4) Notify informations related to various areas(Office of International Affairs, Employment support team, departments, etc.)
5) Checking out books from on-campus library etc. 

Benefits
Activity supporting fee 250,000won + certificate of participation 
 
How to apply
After log-in the portal, please register via this site by 18 August. You need to click the green buttom(신청하기) at the bottom and attach the application form. 
 
Selection Schedule
• Application period: August 11 ~ 18, 2022
• Document Screening: August 23, 2022
• Interview: August 25, 2022
• Announcement: August 29, 2022
• Oreintation: August 30, 2022(The schedule is subject to change.)
The results of the document screening will be notified individually.
